Cheetau Safaris is a family owned business. The late Jan van der Walt started Cheetau Game Lodge, as he was a passionate hunter and a lover of nature. His son Werner started Cheetau Safaris and has the same passion as his father had.

We do most of our hunts in the Free State and Northwest provinces, but have hunting concessions all over South Africa, to cater for your needs. Hunting is on foot , vehicle hunting will only be used in exceptional circumstances.
